RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
The buyer has the right to return the order within 15 days from the date of purchase. You must communicate the return by sending an email to the following address: info(@)goodvinilos,com The products must be returned to the seller at the address specified by email.
Products must be returned without having been applied to any surface and with all parts in their original packaging (envelopes, tubes and various packs). Failure to comply with these conditions will make reimbursement impossible.
Attention! For personalized products (for example: frames with unconventional measurements, personalized wall murals and personalized vinyls) there is no possibility of enjoying of the right of return.

REFUND POLICY
Once it is confirmed that the product has been returned correctly, you will receive a refund of the amount paid for the product. The shipping cost of the returned product will be assumed by the buyer. The refund will be made within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the product. DELIVERY POLICY
Please note, however, we only start manufacturing the vinyl once we have received payment for it. If you have made the payment by bank transfer, unfortunately it may be delayed because the processing of a bank transfer requires a little more time from the bank.
Unlike PayPal, debit card or credit card payments, bank transfers need a minimum of 3-4 days to clear finished. Once the order has left our factory, we will send you a confirmation email with the respective tracking number. From there you can follow the order using the tracking number through the website of our transport partners "Seur/MRW".
HOLIDAY / WEEKEND
We advise you to take into account a slightly longer delivery time, in the case of placing the order at the weekend or on holidays since our partners transport do not work on Sundays and holidays. This means that no shipping will take place over the weekend or during public holidays. Therefore, if you make an order with expedited shipping, you must take these days into account.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Orders with normal shipping usually take between 3 to 4 days to be processed. On these dates your shipment may come out as "in production or payment accepted", once it is ready for shipment you will be notified by email of its departure. Expedited shipments take up to 24 hours to be notified.
If for any reason within 24 hours after receiving the payment it does not come out as sent, we will inform you of its delay immediately.
TERMS AND FORMS OF PAYMENT
The amount of the payment will be transferred to our indicated bank accounts. You will receive the order number by email after making the transfer. The manufacture of the vinyl/photomural will proceed after receiving the money in our account. Take note that the transfer may take up to 3 business days.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
At goodVinilos you can make purchases with cards, VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, AMERICAN EXPRESS. Once you have made your cart you will be able to choose the type of card. It will be necessary to enter the correct card information at the end and confirm the payment. The money will be deducted from your account after placing the order. PayPal: After submitting your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal page. Connect to the system and confirm the payment. To pay with PayPal you must have a PayPal account. You don't have to pay any additional taxes and charges.
APPLICABLE LAW
The sales contract entered into between the Customer and MacroLoop shall be deemed to be entered into in Portugal and shall be governed by Portuguese law. In the absence of an amicable agreement between the parties, the respective conflicts and disputes of any nature related to the formation, execution or interpretation of this Agreement, will be definitively resolved by the Lisbon Courts, expressly waiving any other.
