What does "flipped" mean?
The “flipped” option is available on most of our products. When you order a product turned upside down, it will be sent in a "mirror effect", that is, what is looking to the right will appear to be looking to the left and vice versa. This option is recommended for installation inside a glass so that the reading from the outside of the glass is as it appears in the original design. Keep in mind that we always print stickers and photomurals on the non-adhesive side.
Where can the decorative stickers be placed?
All vinyls and photomurals can be applied to any smooth surface.
How can I get rid of any air bubbles?
Most of these bubbles will disappear in a few weeks. You have to prick the big bubbles with a needle or the tip of a cutter and then pass the spatula.
How can I keep the stickers as they were on the first day?
It's very simple, you just have to wash them without using chemicals or abrasives. Nothing is needed indoors, they keep very well as they are high-quality materials.
How can I remove them?
It is best to apply heat to the vinyl with a hair dryer. With your fingernails or a cutter, lift the sticker from one edge and pull it while the glued surface heats up. Start at the corners and you will see how the vinyl gradually comes out. If there is any sticky residue, you can remove it with a cloth soaked in cleaning alcohol.

Are payments secure?
Payment by card is made through a bank's payment gateway, so that the process is carried out entirely on a "Secure Server". This means that your credit card data travels encrypted over the Internet, preventing its capture by third parties. On the other hand, the payment gateway works in such a way that it is not the seller who requests the card number, but that data is actually requested by the bank during the purchase process. However, if the courier service has not located you at home at the time of delivery, it will contact you at the telephone number you have provided to arrange a new delivery.
